Homelite Big bore intake manifold:
The big bore intake is port
matched to accommodate large bore carburetors and modified cylinders to offer
maximum flow and least resistance – and more horsepower. This intake can
potentially gain you a couple mph.
The brass fitting must be
connected to a crankcase mounted pressure fitting to supply your carb with the crankcase pressure pulse necessary to run the
carb’s fuel pump. This was not necessary in the
stock setup because the small bore left enough room for the carb’s
pressure pulse to run along side the intake bore. This item is intended
for watercooled engines only.
The big bore intake manifold
comes with necessary stainless steel mounting hardware for both
the intake and your carb, pressure fitting,
and a set of new matched gaskets. The manifold is CNC machined of a non
heat transferring high temp nylon.
Just bolt it on and get ready
to boogie.
